Workshop on Positioning, Navigation and Communication 2009

Mobile position-aware systems, combined with modern wireless technologies, are getting more and more important. When developing systems of this kind, problems in var-ious fields of information and communication technology need to be solved. The work-shop shall give an overview of state-of-the-art approaches and systems. As many tech-nologies are available to deal with the variety of applications, we would like to continue to cover ultra-wideband technology as it is becoming of great importance in the area of positioning, navigation and communication. Moreover a track on the EUWB project is included in the workshop, to provide an insight on UWB-Localization technology in industrial applications.

The 6th Workshop on Positioning, Navigation and Communication 2009 (WPNC'09) will take place at the Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany, March 19, 2009
